Job Description(s):

Security Alarm Monitor:

Responsibilities to include: reviewing, verifying, processing and dispatching to proper authorities, the alarm signals from our customer's alarm system accounts in an expeditious and accurate manner.

Qualifications:
Experiences to include basic computer operation skills, basic typing skills, multiple telephone line skills with a focus on customer service etiquette. Professional work standards to include, flexible work shift schedules including weekends and holidays. Other work standards to include: punctuality, reliability, and professional on-the-job responsibility and performance. Other qualifications to include a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening test.

Alarm Installers and Technicians

Installs and/or troubleshoots alarm systems, cctv systems, and access control systems as required. Installation to include low voltage system cables and wiring, following the directions of system site plans, alarm device placements, proper wire terminations as specified by manufacturer's requirements, final installation system's tests, customer training, and following the directions as specified by management.

Qualifications:
Experiences to include knowledge of basic electronics, prior alarm system installation and repair experiences helpful, but not required. Experiences to read schematic drawing, building blueprints, operate hand tools and power tools as required. Other requirements and work standards to include a valid driver's license to operate company service/installation vehicles, employment punctuality, reliability, professional on-the-job responsibility and performance, and excellent customer service communications skills. Other qualifications to include a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening test.
